Weekend DUI Checkpoint Update: 10/19 - 10/21
Here is what we have come across so far for DUI checkpoints and DUI Saturation Patrols across the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas this weekend:
1. The Independence, MO Police plan on having both DUI checkpoints and DUI Saturation Patrols out this weekend, they haven't released the when or where, but have stated that they will have both going this weekend. If they suspect you of Driving Under the Influence, the will ask you to perform field sobriety tests, and potentially other chemical testing after such as Breath Testing.
